Swedish lessons testimonials
Find out from the Swedish lessons testimonials below what some of my customers have to say about how I have helped them.
“I am exhausted when I think of every smartphone, tablet, or computer program that I browsed through or tested when looking for a program that my children could use to learn Swedish.
Most Swedish language learning programs had my children either learning from an antiquated program that had been updated to digital, listening to impersonal recordings, or memorising hours of useless vocabulary.
From the beginning Charlotta had my children engaged by listening about their daily lives and then personally creating a language learning environment that they could relate to. She taught them words to express their own thoughts and ideas instead of regurgitating flash-card material. Both her tailored lessons and friendly attitude has made learning Swedish enjoyable for my children.
Charlotta’s flexible schedule has made it easy to find the most convenient time for our busy lives to fit in Swedish lessons and after several months of learning our children aren’t showing any signs of slowing down.
I would enthusiastically recommend her language learning services.”

“Charlotta was a delight to work with. She helped me understand many puzzles of Swedish grammar and pronunciation. Her explanations were clear and focused and appropriate for my (elementary) level of Swedish understanding. A friendly, knowledgeable coach to guide expats in navigating the linguistic and cultural quirks of Swedish.”

“I’d never taken Skype lessons before. Then I found Globatris and decided to give it a try. I have to say that Globatris was even better than I thought. The lessons were very dynamic, focused on the topics you like the most. I myself felt very comfortable with Charlotta; she has been dedicated to every lesson, and you always have a topic to chat or discuss with her. I felt she loves her work and that’s always a good point!
I have discovered new Swedish expressions and learned more and more about the Swedish culture. And the best for me, is that I’ve realized that now I can speak Swedish language more fluently than before.
Tack så jättemycket Charlotta!”

Learning Swedish as a foreign language
“When I started with the lessons from Charlotta I only had basic knowledge of Swedish. After one year I could speak Swedish quite fluently all thanks to her lessons. Charlotta zooms in on topics you are interested in and let you learn Swedish by letting you talk, write and read about those topics. This is a really fun and natural way of learning a language. Charlotta is very flexible in the time slots for her lessons. For me with 2 young children that is a big advantage. Her personal touch, excellent knowledge about teaching a language and great personality makes her lessons worth every penny.”

“I wanted to thank you for the help you have given me so far Charlotta; I feel I have really come on a lot since starting. I got myself the “Jag ar Zlatan” book at the airport and I’m finding it a great help and really enjoy working my way through it. Thanks for recommending it :)”

“I have been through SFI and SAS and have done several courses at the FU (Folkuniversitetet). But there is a world of difference between studying a language academically and actually being able to converse freely. Particularly as a native English speaker when it is so easy to switch to English.
Finding Charlotta was a turning point for me. It was a critical time as I was starting to work in Sweden. I was able to fit the lessons around a busy schedule and they were good fun! Charlotta answered all my questions and improved my grammar, pronunciation and fluency.
My son had also been reluctant to speak Swedish at school. It was an absolute joy to hear him chatting away to Charlotta in Swedish and see his confidence improving. I highly recommend Charlotta!”
